Revlon Highlighting Palette (020 Rose glow)-This is a mix of a blush/highlight, and I bought this hoping it would be reminiscent of the Bobbi Brown shimmer bricks, however this one fell short of expectations. I think the colours are really nice, however the 'shimmer' is literally chunks of glitter that don't look nice on the skin at all, a thumbs down from me, especially for £8.99.
Benefit Girl Meets Pearl Highlighter- This is perfection. This highlighter costs £24.50, but it is definitely worth it. It has no glitter and the formula glides onto the cheeks and gives the perfect glow. I use my fingers to blend it over my cheekbones and it really is great, I especially think it's overlooked by most people as most gravitate towards the watts up highlighter when browsing benefit! I have to say the swatches below don't really do it justice!
The Balm's Mary-Lou Manizer- Another fairly expensive product, retailing at £16.00, this champagne powder highlighter is everything you need if you want a full-on glowing look. With only one dab of your brush in the pan you get everything you need, it is so pigmented it cannot be beaten! I was devastated when mine broke but I will still use it 'til it dies! However I did notice that it did dry out my skin a little bit, so ensure you properly prime the skin before use.
Nars Copacabana Illuminator- This is a new addition to my collection, and I'm already head over heels in love.. I saw Hannah Maggs talking about this on her youtube, and I had already noticed she has amazing glowy skin, due to this product! Either dab this onto the skin or mix in with foundation to create a pearlescent finish perfect to achieve that summer glow.
Thanks for reading I hope you enjoyed! Sophie x
